Professor Agyeman Badu Akosa President, Commonwealth Medical Association Director, General Ministry of Health, Ghana brings to your attention the need to establish a Commonwealth Revolving Fund as a means of increasing the supply on Antiretroviral Drugs to Commonwealth Countries.
